With the beginning of the new phase of payment of Kalabarg arrears, the credit of households that were prevented from receiving their Kalabarg for some time due to being on the list of people suspected of staying abroad, is returning to the payment cycle. The deposit of goods subject to residence verification

Referring to the August 12 call to verify the residence of people who were listed as residents abroad, Yaqoub Andaish, Deputy Minister of Welfare of the Ministry of Cooperation, Labor and Social Welfare, said that after the investigations, it was found that some of these people, including Arbaeen pilgrims, were present inside the country. For this reason, it was possible to verify residency in absentia.

Based on this, the beneficiaries confirmed their residence by sending the national code to the announced census and completing the residence information in the National Real Estate and Housing System. About 776,000 people completed this process until the 5th of September and their August arrears were paid. Also, about 177 thousand other people confirmed their residence by the end of September, and their arrears for August and September will be paid today, October 6.

According to the current credit of one million Tomans per person per month, the arrears of two months will be 2 million Tomans for each person, and these households will receive Kalaberg credit in the coming months as usual.

Has the residence permit deadline expired?

The deadline for verifying residence for people whose passports were suspended due to being on the list of suspects for residing abroad continued until the end of September. About 177,000 people managed to obtain residence within this deadline and were eligible to receive arrears.

At the same time, the issue of the suspension of some Arbaeen pilgrims was also taken into consideration. Hamidreza Hajibabaei, the vice-speaker of the Majlis, warned about this issue on October 5 in the public hall of the Majlis and demanded that the authorities investigate.

What should we do if the goods are not deposited?

Non-activation of the credit does not necessarily mean that the household is removed from the plan. In case the credit is not deposited, the condition of inclusion and inventory of the goods should be inquired first. Also, if there is a discrepancy or problem in activating the credit, it is possible to follow up through the number 021-6369.

Inventory inquiry methods

Heads of households can check the credit status of their goods by dialing the command code #1463500 and selecting the balance inquiry option. Inquiries through electronic tools related to the design and terminal of stores connected to Kalaberg are also possible.

At the time of inquiry, the information of the head of the household must be entered, and in methods based on mobile number, the mobile phone number should be in the name of the head of the household.

Where did the credit increase of Kalaberg reach?

The details of Kalaberg’s credit increase are still being finalized, and according to the officials, the implementation of the new phase of this support is supposed to begin in mid-October. At this stage, about 44 million people are in the target groups, and the focus of the plan is on the low income deciles, especially the first to fifth deciles. Based on the above explanations, the people covered by the Relief Committee and the Welfare Organization and the groups recognized as eligible by these institutions will be subject to an increase in credit without the need for new action.

For other people who are included in the target groups, an SMS is going to be sent so that, if necessary, their status can be checked by self-declaration and completing the information to receive increased credit. Therefore, the credit increase for the designated groups will follow from mid-October, but the exact amount of the credit increase and the final details of how to implement it are still being finalized and must be officially announced by the government.
